Participating in compulsory school dental examinations in the 80s caused a serious trauma to the members of that generation, including me. I visited Krisztina for the first time about 20 years ago, and during the first examination, she spent 1 hour just talking to me and trying to resolve this childhood fear. I think it was the best decision that we (my wife and I) went to him on the recommendation of a friend. One tired, grey day I was sitting in the waiting room of the doctor's office, annoyed that I had to go to work early the next day because of one of my bigger jobs, when a Metallica song came on in the office!. I looked up, the door opened and there stood Kriszti (Dr. Krisztina Kovács) smiling and saying "come in Tibi, we know it's one of your favourites". All my worries disappeared immediately, the attentiveness, my favourite music, the smiling, cheerful atmosphere immediately captivated me, so the root canal treatment was not an issue. ;) I am very satisfied with their human and professional attitude. I was afraid of dental procedures because of previous bad experiences, but since I found them, my fears are gone and I always leave the office feeling relaxed and satisfied.
