How do I get to the clinic from the US side of the border?

The clinic sits a few blocks from the border in central Tijuana. You can park on the US side and take the free clinic shuttle directly to your appointment or hotel in Mexico, or walk across and use Uber or a local taxi for a short ride. Your booking confirmation includes a GPS pin, curbside pickup point and step-by-step directions.

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, bank transfer and PayPal are accepted. For larger reconstructive plans, your advisor can confirm deposit terms and any processor fees in advance so budgeting is straightforward.

Which languages are spoken?

Consultations, consent and aftercare can be handled in English or Spanish. If you need another language, note it at booking so accommodations can be arranged.

How long do All-on-4/5/6 or “3 on 6” full-arch cases take?

Surgery is planned in a tight window, often with a fixed provisional bridge placed shortly after implant surgery for suitable candidates. A healing phase follows before your final bridge is fabricated and delivered. Your itinerary sequences diagnostics, surgery, try-ins and final delivery around your travel dates.

When are zygomatic implants recommended?

Zygomatic implants are considered when there is severe upper-jaw bone loss and conventional implants or grafting are not ideal. They anchor in the cheekbone, also called the zygoma, and can help avoid extensive grafting. Case suitability is confirmed with 3D imaging and a specialist evaluation.

Can you coordinate care if I also need gum disease treatment before implants?

Yes. As a periodontist-led clinic, gum health is addressed first through deep cleaning, localized surgery or regeneration, so implant and restorative phases can succeed long term. The team builds a staged plan and explains how each step supports stability and aesthetics.
