May 2019When I made the appointment, Malissa, the receptionist taking my appointment said the the appointment will be confirmed by WhatsAPP. She called couple of time to reach me to verbally confirm the appointment as somehow the WhatsAPP is not sending out the message to me. Kudo for that. My dentist was a very sweet Korean lady by the name of Dr. Hwang. Honestly, I have gone through many and I must say that I enjoyed this visit very much by Dr Hwang. She was very detailed explaining her findings from the XRay of my teeth, and is very patient during the whole process filling up my decay as well as cleaning teeth. There was no rush. I look forward to my 6 monthly visit.

June 2018Please see photos. Waste 1 year and 8500SGD. I also have voice record showing how I repetitively raise my request but all ignored by doctor James Ho. Also, mine is the simplest treatment, no pulling out teeth no IPR, nothing. My treatment is one year and 52 pairs of Invisalign, charged 8500SGD. My friends' treatment, two years and 80+ Pair of Invisalign, charge 7000 SGD. awe both under James Ho. Seems some one can be charged higher if the doctor think he can pay more. The treatment here is like nightmare for me.
