To Doctor Jib, I refer to my last appointment, 11th May. It was the fourth visit to fit the new denture which was and is still chaffing my gums and is very painful. I again phoned your receptionist for another appointment and when I gave my name, I was cut off. I continued to phoned several times further but no one picked up. When I finally got through a day or two later, I was told they would ring back but of course never did. I phoned again sometime later and told they would text me back but never did. I sent a further two texted messages which were ignored. Today, the 16th I phoned again and discovered I had been blocked. Doctor Jib, you are a professional and this not only a disgraceful way to run your business, is also appalling miss trust of doctor/patient relationship. If you remember it took a considerably long time to remove the mold, for the cobalt/chrome base plate from my remaining one tooth. You spent a lot time attempting to remove it, your colleague couldn’t, nor could I and it was only after several uncomfortable attempt of twisting and pulling it finally came free. It was some time before I returned and requested a new lower denture to replace the modified temporary plate. I believe, instead of taking a fresh impression, you actually used the mold referred to in the above paragraph. I’m firmly of the opinion that the original mold was damaged whilst being extracted from my lower jaw and is the reason the new denture will not fit comfortably. I have been a good customer for several years but beware, the service could be summerly blocked and cancelled by them for no reason. I now need to spend another 12,000 baht to replace the useless lower denture. I would recommend you avoid this dental service.
