About White Dentistry

White Dentistry is a friendly, full-service clinic in Nogales, Sonora, just over the U.S.–Mexico border from Nogales, Arizona.

The clinic welcomes international patients for general care and specialist treatments, including root canals, crowns and veneers, dentures, laser whitening, and dental implants. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Rivero, White Dentistry was built to deliver most dental needs under one roof, using modern diagnostics and up-to-date treatment protocols to keep visits efficient.

Why Choose White Dentistry?

  • Border-convenient: Minutes from the DeConcini crossing, making it easy for day trips from Arizona.
  • Proven patient satisfaction.

Treatments & Technology

Services include exams and cleanings; tooth-colored fillings; inlays and onlays; crowns and veneers in porcelain, zirconia, and porcelain-fused-to-metal; bridges; dentures and partials, including flexible frames; simple and surgical or impacted extractions; endodontics for anterior, premolar, and molar root canals, plus post/core build-ups; cosmetic laser whitening and take-home kits; diagnostics with single X-rays and consultations; IV sedation by an anesthesiologist when indicated; and dental implants from single implants with abutment and crown to full-arch options such as implant-supported overdentures and implant-supported porcelain bridges.

If terms like abutment, overdenture, or post/core appear in your plan, the team explains each in everyday language before treatment.

Location & Getting There

White Dentistry is in Nogales, Sonora, near the DeConcini Port of Entry. Many patients drive to Nogales, Arizona, park close to the crossing, walk across with a passport, and take a short taxi on the Mexico side.

What to Expect as an International Patient

FAQs

1. What languages are spoken at White Dentistry?

The clinic’s page does not list languages. Because Nogales serves many U.S. visitors, English support is common at border clinics, but availability can vary by day and provider. Ask your Dental Departures advisor to confirm the languages you need, such as English and Spanish, with your quote.

2. Where is the clinic and how do I reach it from the U.S. side?

You will visit Nogales, Sonora, a short walk from the DeConcini Port of Entry. Most travelers park on the U.S. side, walk across with a passport, and take a brief local taxi to the clinic area. From Tucson, drive I-19 south, which takes about 1–1.25 hours. From Phoenix, take I-10 to I-19, which takes about 2.5–3.5 hours. Your booking confirmation includes the exact address and a map pin.

3. What treatments are available?

White Dentistry offers general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, and fillings; crowns, veneers, and bridges in porcelain, zirconia, and PFM; inlays and onlays; dentures and partials, including flexible frames; simple and surgical or impacted extractions; endodontics with root canals and post/core; cosmetic laser whitening and take-home kits; diagnostics with single X-rays and consultations; IV sedation by an anesthesiologist; and dental implants from single-tooth options to full-arch solutions, including implant-supported overdentures and implant-supported porcelain bridges.

4. Do treatments come with a warranty or guarantee?

Yes. Eligible procedures and materials include written coverage. Ask your Dental Departures advisor to attach the clinic’s current warranty to your quote so you know the coverage period, what is included, and any aftercare, such as hygiene visits, required to keep it valid.

5. What payment types are accepted?

Payment methods are confirmed on your Dental Departures quote. Many Nogales clinics accept cash and major credit cards, but card policies and any processing fees can vary. If paying by card, notify your bank in advance and confirm daily limits and foreign-transaction fees.

6. How many visits will I need?

Simple care, such as cleanings and small fillings, is often one visit. Crowns and veneers typically need a couple of days for preparation and try-ins. Implants are staged: placement first, then a healing phase, then final teeth. Your plan will show visit counts and timelines so you can book travel with confidence.

7. Is IV sedation available?

Yes. When clinically indicated, IV sedation is provided by an anesthesiologist. Your dentist will review your medical history, fasting instructions, and how you will get home safely after your appointment.

8. Do you provide full-arch implant options like overdentures or porcelain bridges?

Yes. The team offers removable overdentures on 2–8 implants and fixed full-arch porcelain bridges supported by 4–8 implants. Your dentist will evaluate bone levels and discuss any supporting procedures, such as grafting, before finalizing the plan.

9. Can you help with border timing and directions?

Yes. Your advisor can suggest border-friendly appointment slots, share walking directions and taxi tips, and provide a pinned map location with your confirmation.

The best dental experience ever, I had 2 implants, 5 fillings on front teeth up near the gum line that made my teeth look great. The best thing about White Dental for me is that I know I will always see Dr. Rivero. The office is clean, comfortable with state of the art equipment. I also really appreciate that Dr. Rivero doesn't try to upsell services you don't need. Plus they guarantee the best price.

I honestly can not rate value or reccomend due to the fact I could not get anything done or it would void my lifetime warrenty at previous dentist. They were very friendly, clean and probably the nicest building in the area.
