Established for more than 10 years and headed up by Dr. Noel Rivas who has more than 30 years of professional experience behind him, PV Smile delivers quality dental services at affordable prices to patients from all over the world.

octobre 2021AFTER TODAYS APPT.I HAVE LOST ALL AND ANY RESPECT THAT I HAD FOR DR. RIVAS. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN UNBELIEVABLE. DR. RIVAS HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME AFTER ALL THIS , EVEN AFTER HAVING TO FIX HIS OWN MISTAKES THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME FOR THE NEW BRIDGE. WHEN I RESPONDED, HE BECAME IRATE STARTED TO POINT HIS FINGER IN MY FACE, WORDS WERE EXCHANGED AND LITERALLY TOLD ME HE WASN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BRIDGE FALLING OUT. IF THATS TRUE WHY DID HE HAVE TO GO BACK IN AND REDO THE IMPLANT THAT HE ORIGINALLY DID. WHEN I TOLD I WASN'T GIVING HIM ANOTHER PENNY AND REMINDED HIM ABOUT THE 16 000.00 DOLLARS I HAVE GIVEN ,HE SCOFED AND SAID SO WHAT DOES THAT MEAN. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME "I ALWAYS NEW I WAS GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOU".. IF HE THINKS HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ME HE HASN'T SEEN ANYTHING YET. HE WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ,HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND IS INABILITY TO DELIVER . HE WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ME IF HIS WORK WAS GOOD AND IF THERE WEREN'T ANY PROBLEMS. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PERFECT SMILE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PUTTING YOUR MONEY AND FAITH INTO DR. RIVAS. I'M GOING ON ALMOST 2 YEARS OF TRYING TO FINISH THE JOB HE STARTED AND THIS IS HOW IT ENDED. IT MIGHT BE TIME FOR DR. RIVAS TO RETIRE . ITS GOES WITHOUT SAYING HE LACKS IN PROFESSIONALISM AND HIS WORK IS ANYTHING BUT PERFECT. I'M ACTUALLY HAPPY THAT HE WON'T BE DOING MY NEW BRIDGE. mai 2021I had an outstanding experience which began this year in January when Dr. Rivas and his assistant Carla placed an implant in my upper right jaw. Prior to placing the implant Dr. Rivas met with me and excellently explained what the procedure entailed (using a large model of the implant) and drilling process so that I new exactly what to expect. Dr. Rivas is a very professional, kind and gentle man. Carla, his assistant, (I hope she doesn't spell her name with a "K"!) is very calm and pleasant. She was very attentive and present during the entire procedure. A tremendous asset to Dr. Rivas's office. Marisol, the office manager is a wizard at "all things office" to keep the office running smoothly with appointments, pricing, insurance. She does a fantastic job with communicating details up to and after the appointment. They are a great team of caring individuals of whom I most highly recommend! I might add that Dr. Rivas recently procured new state of the art dental equipment to perform his dental work! All staff are very efficient to make a patient's experience not only successful but enjoyable. I was at ease with them and trusted them with my dental well-being. The drilling procedure was pleasant and quick. We were done shorted than I expected. The color match of my tooth was superb! The price was amazing compared to the U.S. It was $8-$10 thousand less. The food, weather and people of Puerta Vallarta are incredible. It is hard for me to imagine there being a better place to vacation and have your dental work savings pay for it all, plus put alot of money in the bank and have the dental work be the highlight of your vacation!! Thank you all at P.V. Smile ever so much for an excellent experience!

octobre 2020This is my second trip to P.V. specifically for dental work with Dr. Rivas and his colleague, Dr. Gutiérrez Sandoval. I am thrilled with the beautiful work, and in a very relaxing atmosphere. There was more to be done than I originally booked for, but Dr. Rivas' office were extremely accomodating and did everything I needed. Extremely reasonable pricing.
