July 2019Wasted my time and money.next time I will not use dental departures because you made huge mistake. I booked to check my teeth from prior procedures. I had a quick clean and had to come back with another appointment to have a check up with the dentist that did work prior. I'm very disappointed and it cost me 1700baht for a quick clean .

August 2018I chatted online to ask if consultation was free, I just wanted to get a price as I knew exactly what I needed. They said yes. Then they confirmed over the phone it was free and sent me an email. They asked me to book online so I did. I went there and they pushed me to sign all these papers that I didn't want, talking about payment, insurance or cash and that I was responsible to pay every movement they made. The extorsion was so horrific that I was forced to sign if I wanted to be seen. I repeated that I was only going for a price but they kept on pushing with a horrible anger face. It was actually scary for me. They asked for passports, they take photos of you. They treat you like a criminal AND I WAS ONLY GOING FOR A PRICE! They pointed to the elevator and told me 5th floor, go. When I arrived to reception the same thing happened! Talking about money and payment. I explained AGAIN and they said it was 1000 baht to get a quote. I said I wasn't interested and so I turned around and left. Went to reception to ask for all paperwork I signed but they refused. I was getting really upset. They keep saying it's company policy which is Thailand's new phrase. They say that everywhere as an excuse to get away with murder. I insisted and they gave me only one paper. I didn't want any problems (you're in a foreign country) and I left. I am worried they are going to try asking for money. They have photos and ID against my will.
