I needed complete new dentures top and bottom. I contacted Dr.Ahmad Ali in Hurghada and asked his team if it would be possible. I got the posative answer that it would be possible when we were in vacation. The team made the impossible, possible. With in a week I had new dentures and they fit better then my old ones ever did. I can't thank the team in Hurghada enough. If I would have waited here in Germany I would have gotten my new dentures middel Jan. A million thanks to the whole team! Helen we will come and visit you guys next year!
Visited Dr Ahmed for a regular checkup and found everything was very professional. The staff were very informative and friendly and Dr Ahmed was extremely nice and discussed everything with me and the treatment I n care about their needed. Which I will follow up with them because of the lovely service I received. The clinic is very clean and hygienic and they have good pricing and I went through a friends recommendation and i'm so happy I went. See you soon
I expected a premium service as of day one I was experiencing a great service: the making of the appointment inclusive the follow-up. And that says it all. Upon arrival difficult to find... no signs. Staircases: filthy as can be! Opening the door we found the waiting room stinking freshly smoked cigarettes... in a clinic!?! Needless to say my previous excitement sunk below 0! We were 20 minutes early. We waited until our appointment... 5 minutes over time... 10 minutes... no communication whatsoever! After 15 minutes I asked why I had been stalked with reminding emails to find myself waiting with no explanation or apologies or even the possibility to rescheduled our appointment. The receptionist did not understand me so she called the dentist who told us - in a customer unfriendly way - that we had to wait another 5 minutes (without wondering if this was convenient for us)! Well ... we did not have 5 minutes ... so we left! And to be honest... We did not leave because of the fact we had to wait! We left because the unhygienic place. The lateness and unprofessionalism were a welcome excuse to leave! We were there for braces... probably a 2 year treatment... money we are spending elsewhere now. I you guys want to be customer excellent... there is still a lot work that needs to be done! Fancy emails are not enough... and I can know ... I happen to be in that business ... so ... bad, no, very bad experience for us!
